Cara Hammond is a 20 year old singer-songwriter and has supported artists such as Charlotte Church, as well as performing and gaining airplay on BBC Radio Leeds, BBC Introducing in West Yorkshire, BBC Introducing in Wales, the national BBC Mark Forrest Show and was named ‘BBC Introducing Artist of the Week’ on the national BBC Georgey Tonight radio show. She has taken part in 2 international song writing camps with one leading to the licensing of her third EP 'Ray' with GL Music, Denmark, has performed for Sofar Sounds, performed in a variety of different venues across the UK including The Belgrave Music Hall and Canteen, Leeds, the Acoustic Lounge, Greater Manchester, the Underbelly and the Spice of Life, London, and has recently performed for the BBC Introducing in West Yorkshire showcase at the Brudenell Social Club, Leeds. Cara has performed at this years Love Supreme festival, following the release of her new single 'No'. No has recently reached No.2 in the 'Breakthrough Pop' playlist with Apple Music France, is featured in Deezer’s ‘Women of Soul’ playlist, on the Love Supreme’s Spotify playlist and is on 2 playlists with Elle magazine on Spotify. She is an exciting artist to come out of the UK music scene.
