The Whereabouts of J. Albert / Groupe
The Whereabouts ofJ. Albert is a band formed around singer/songwriter Joeri Dobbeleir (ex-Monster Youth, ex-Giants Of the Air). Their music can be described as a blend between Americana, singer-songwriter, roots music and shoegaze.
Two of their songs( Keep On Falling Out and Hangman's Rope) were used as a soundtrack for the popular documentary 'De Fiscus' on Belgian National Television, VRT 2016-2017.
Their debut album "The Whereabouts of J. Albert" was released april 7th 2017 on Greedy Eyes Records/Sonic Rendezvous Distribution (LP/CD/Digital)
The band played as a support act for Daniel Lanois, Sivert Hoyem(Madrugada)...and lots of club shows and festivals in Belgium and The Netherlands.
